20 nice and fresh strawberries
2 chocolate shells
1 cup of raspberry sauce
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of romance whipped cream

If you have these ingredients you can begin making this amazing romantic strawberry dinner.

You will need chocolate shells. You can make a chocolate shell by coating the outside of a round bowl or cup with melted chocolate. Then put it in the freezer for 20 minutes, after that you have to fill the bowl or cup with warm water to remove the shell.

Now was and slice the raspberries. Puree the raspberries with juices and (1 cup) sugar until it is smooth and liquid (you can make the raspberry sauce 2 days ahead). Fill the chocolate shells you just made half way with romance whipped cream. Now place your strawberries on top of the chocolate shell en put some raspberry sauce over top and on the plate.

For the finishing touch, garnish the top of your romantic dinner with a bit of whipped cream and mint leaf. Now you have a very nice and original romantic dinner for you and your love. Enjoy.
